A $200 Selkirk Labs Paddle for $5 that’s what one lucky Pickleball Redditer scored during a recent trip to his local thrift shop.

A Selkirk LUXX for only $5 - yea that would be a crime to walk away from at basically 98% off retail. He said he found it on a top shelf kinda out of sight. He originally thought it was just the paddle cover but when he picked it up and felt the weight he was surprised to see what was inside.

My question is Who donates this kinda stuff? You could sell it on Facebook Marketplace in less than 24 hours and have some lunch money.

There’s a couple of things we don’t know about it like
Hours on the court or if it was stored in a hot or cold car repeatedly but the Thrifting Pickleball did post that he was happy to report it played fine but he was probably going to flip it to help pay for another paddle he’s wanting.

I’m a reseller and I would definitely consider flipping this for a profit but the Paddle Hoarder in me would just revel in the fact that I scored such a crazy deal and add it to my paddle collection.
